Applicable Jurisdiction: These Terms and all matters related to the services provided by SEO G.O.A.T. are governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Payment Methods: SEO G.O.A.T. accepts payment for the services provided through the following payment systems: Stripe and PayPal. These systems enable payments using credit and debit cards.
Payment Currency: All payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP and other. The final amount to be paid will be indicated during the order process and may include applicable taxes and fees in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland and local laws of the countries where the services are provided.
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment processing, the client will receive payment confirmation in their personal account. This confirmation serves as an official proof of payment and service order.
Refund Policy: SEO G.O.A.T. provides the opportunity for a refund in the event of an order cancellation within 48 hours of its placement. To initiate the refund process, the client must contact us through their personal account, specifying the order number and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed to the same payment card or through the same payment system used for the original payment.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable when the service has already been partially or fully rendered or when its execution has commenced. In such cases, SEO G.O.A.T. reserves the right to deny a refund.
Delays and Payment Issues: In the event of delays or payment processing issues through Stripe or PayPal, SEO G.O.A.T. will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, but shall not be held responsible for delays or errors arising from factors beyond our control.

The Order Fulfillment Process: The expected timeframe for order completion is from two to three weeks, starting from the moment it is confirmed and moved to the “Working” status. Payment for the order leads to its creation in your personal account. You are required to provide order details, including the specification of pages for link acquisition and corresponding anchors. The countdown to the established completion time begins only after the order has been given the “Working” status.

Responsibility for Link Selection: SEO G.O.A.T. is not responsible for the client’s choice of links to specific websites without prior consultation and shall not be held responsible for changes on the client’s website made by third parties that may negatively impact the website’s search engine rankings.
Responsibility for Content and Links: SEO G.O.A.T. is not responsible for the content and links published on client websites or on third-party websites. The company acts solely as an executor, providing services for content placement and promotion, and is not the owner of the websites where content is published or the websites to which links are directed. The responsibility for any published content and created links rests entirely with the client.
Service Denial: SEO G.O.A.T. reserves the right to refuse services to websites engaged in or associated with illegal activities, as well as those containing offensive, defamatory, demeaning, or otherwise unacceptable content.
Definition of Illegal Activities and Offensive Content: Illegal activities refer to actions that contravene the laws of the Republic of Poland and the laws of the countries where services are provided. Offensive content includes but is not limited to incitement to violence, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Cancellation of Orders with Illegal Content: Any orders related to the provision of services for websites containing illegal content will be immediately canceled with a refund.
Right to Review Content: SEO G.O.A.T. reserves the right to review the content of client websites to ensure compliance with these limitations and prohibitions.
